How Much Does it Cost to go to The Dentistry show in Birmingham?
BDCDS 2025 entry is free for dental professionals, including dentists, therapists, hygienists, nurses, managers, coordinators, and receptionists. It’s recommended to bring a business card if you do not register prior to the event. Dental manufacturers and service providers wishing to attend must purchase a commercial pass, priced at £650 + VAT per person.

The event will be held in Hall 5 of the NEC Birmingham. Opening times are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Friday, 16 May, and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, 17 May. For those arriving by car, pre-paying for parking online before the day of your visit can result in a saving of £5.

The NEC Birmingham is easily accessible by car, train, and air. Located near major motorways, the venue offers ample parking and is well signposted. Birmingham International Airport is just a few minutes away, making it convenient for visitors from across the UK and beyond.
