The Dental Suite in York involved the comprehensive refurbishment and fit-out of a Grade II Listed building, which was previously a ‘Liquor Store’ and part of the historic Terry’s Chocolate Factory. Our team undertook a meticulous refurbishment to transform the space into a sleek, modern dental practice.
The project included the creation of four state-of-the-art Surgical Rooms, an inviting Waiting Area, and various support and ancillary spaces, all while preserving the building’s historic charm.
