The project
We created a high end dental practice that included a large reception area, 5 surgeries, an X-ray room, CBCT room, decontamination room, store rooms, staff kitchen, rest areas and facilities. Our designers produced a luxurious interior design proposal, supported with advanced 3D modelling and renders to convey the interior styling and corporate branding. This gave Tom a realistic and insightful visualisation, very early on in the process, of how the new dental practice would look.
The process
Despite the constraints of working within an older building, we optimised the space efficiently and ensured functionality remained a priority. Keeping within a strict budget and implementing additional design detail requests throughout the build process was demanding, but achievable.
Stripping out the commercial kitchen and its outdated services, including removing the dirt and grease from the walls and ceilings was the first part of the renovation process, required before construction works could start.
Internal construction works involved building new walls with sound board and insulation /radiation protection to the relevant areas. The full fit out incorporated stunning glass partitioned offices, fire compliant internal timber doors, specialist lead lined doors for the X-Ray rooms, external steel doors, new ceilings, flooring, joinery works, reception desk, cabinetry, kitchen and bathroom fittings, lighting, decorating and exterior signage. Associated services such as plumbing, electrics, heating and air conditioning were included within the scope of the project. Due to the nature of the building’s low ceilings, the design specification and incorporation of the fresh air ventilation system was a particular challenge.
The project included the purchase and installation of high end Diplomat treatment centres, X-Ray units and the relocation and installation of existing dental equipment from Tom’s previous practice, to maintain a cost effective approach.
Key highlights
Transforming an unsafe and quite a dirty building, whilst managing the construction process safely to achieve a safe, fire compliant modern and stylish practice with very high quality finishes. Another commendable highlight was the very close similarity between the 3D renders of the reception area we produced and the actual delivered interior.
The outcome
Our client is extremely happy with the layout, design, styling and quality of the new practice which has enhanced the patient experience. All the new dental equipment was purchased through our sister company ‘Global Dental’ with service contracts in place, to keep the practice running smoothly.

Every detail, from design to flow, was meticulously planned to align with his vision.
